Tour Plan
Day 1: Pick Up and Transfer to Akagera National Park
Your driver-guide will pick you up from Kigali, either at the airport or your hotel. Enjoy a scenic 2.5-hour drive to Akagera National Park. Upon arrival, register at the park reception and check in at your lodge. After lunch, embark on an exciting afternoon game drive to spot wildlife, followed by a relaxing boat trip on Lake Ihema, observing hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of water birds. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Akagera National Park
After breakfast at the lodge, set off for a full-day game drive with a packed lunch. Explore the park from the southern wetlands to the northern open plains, spotting elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and more. Enjoy your picnic lunch at a scenic point within the park. In the late afternoon, exit the park and drive back to Kigali, where you will be dropped off at your hotel, residence, or the airport, concluding your memorable Akagera adventure.
